Gal Pal Gift Shop sells gifts and apparel through Etsy and uses print-on-demand fulfillment. This policy explains the information we handle for orders and customer communications, how this privacy-information page works, and our proposed Pinterest reporting integration.

1. Information associated with orders
When you purchase from our Etsy shop or contact us about an order, we may receive information relevant to fulfillment and support, such as your name, shipping address, contact information, purchased items, order number, customer messages, and requested personalization (for example a name or bridal-party role).
Etsy operates the storefront and checkout and has its own privacy practices. We do not operate checkout or customer accounts on this privacy-information page.
2. Why we use order information
We use relevant order and communication information to provide and personalize products, arrange production and shipping, respond to questions, handle order issues or disputes, and meet applicable business, accounting, tax and legal obligations.
3. Fulfillment partners and third-party services
Our shop uses Etsy as its marketplace and Printify for print-on-demand production and fulfillment. Information needed to produce and ship an order may be provided through these services to the relevant production and delivery providers. Etsy, Printify and their partners have their own data-handling practices.
Our store and social-media links may take you to third-party websites. The operators of those services control their own collection and processing of information.
4. Proposed Pinterest analytics integration
We are developing a private reporting integration intended to measure organic performance of Pins from our own Pinterest Business account. If Pinterest approves the app and we separately authorize and qualify operation, the intended metrics include impressions, saves, Pin clicks and outbound clicks for selected owned Pins.
This integration is not currently connected to or collecting data from the live Pinterest API. It is not designed to access customers' order details, payment details or private messages. Any future collection, handling, storage and deletion of Pinterest API information must first be qualified against applicable Pinterest permissions, developer policies and retention limits.
5. This website and technical logs
This page is a static information site. It does not offer customer accounts, order checkout, forms or advertising-tracking scripts. Ordinary web-server access logs may record technical information such as an IP address, request time and page, response status, referring page, and browser user-agent. The server may also record diagnostic errors.
We use these technical records for operation, troubleshooting and security. Log files are subject to configured server rotation and other applicable storage and retention practices; rotation alone is not a guarantee that every copy is immediately deleted. We will review the effective logging and backup configuration as part of operating this page.
6. Retention
Information associated with orders and customer support may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, dispute resolution and applicable legal, tax and accounting requirements. Information held by Etsy, Printify or other independent providers may be subject to their own retention rules.
We will determine and document applicable Pinterest API data retention and removal requirements before activating the proposed integration. We do not claim that any future Pinterest API data has already been collected or approved for storage.
7. Security
We aim to limit access to business information to legitimate operational needs and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to our operations. No internet service or method of storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Questions, access and deletion requests
You can email us to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to retain certain information to satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect legitimate interests. For information that Etsy, Pinterest or another service controls independently, requests may also need to be made directly to that provider.

9. Policy changes
We may update this policy if our operations, service providers, technology or legal obligations change. A revised policy will display its update date. This page does not grant or establish access to the Pinterest API.
